14:20 Pontefract Handicap (Class 6) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

There has been no stopping the hat-trick seeking DOGGED of late and a 5lb penalty for his most recent success looks unlikely to stop Rebecca Menzies' inmate from adding to his win tally. He kept on to score by a length and a half at Beverley earlier this month and is fancied to get the better of the reopposing Just Hiss, who finished in second behind the selection that day and is 5lb better off with that rival here. Dandy's Angel was a game winner on her latest outing and is another to consider on her hat-trick bid off a 3lb raised mark.

DANDY'S ANGEL arrives in tremendous heart, bagging her third success of the campaign over this sort of trip at Beverley 16 days ago and having gone well at this venue previously (runner-up in this race 12 months ago) she could well be the answer. Just Hiss finished off well when runner-up to re-opposing Dogged at Beverley last week and that pair can feature again. Wolverhampton scorer The New Marwan completes the shortlist.

In an interesting race, the reliable mare DANDY'S ANGEL gets the verdict over fellow hat-trick seeker Dogged.

A change of scenery appears to have worked wonders for DELAGATE THIS LORD, who recorded a second success in as many starts for the Robyn Brisland team over C&D a fortnight ago. He remains well treated from 5lb higher and is fancied to continue his fine run, though multiple course winner Symbol of Hope ought to provide a stern challenge. Others to note include Jenever, Brian The Snail and Autumn Angel.

A case can be made for lots of these but the most persuasive one is for SYMBOL OF HOPE who got back on the up when runner-up over C&D only five days ago and can boast multiple wins round here. Fellow course specialist Delagate This Lord rates the obvious threat in his bid for a hat-trick with Jenever, Autumn Angel and Bluebell Time all in the picture too.

Many of the in-form horses are drawn wide. The Cola Kid is a probable contender but preference is for the progressive JENEVER.

14:50 Pontefract Maiden (Class 4) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

RAINWATER made a promising start to his racing career when filling the runner-up spot over this trip at Haydock on Sunday. He is related to a few smart types, including Group 2-placed Ventura Rebel, and he likely has more to offer with that in mind. Royal Zabeel should not be taken lightly in the hands of Ryan Moore, even though he disappointed slightly on his debut over C&D last month. Bay Of Australia is another to bear in mind.

This is a quick turnaround for RAINWATER but there was stacks of promise in his first run at Haydock on Sunday when he was heavily backed and he's hard to get away from. Royal Zabeel is very interesting with Ryan Moore up after showing a fair bit on debut here last month. Sweet Soul Music and newcomer Alice's Impact are respected also.

With a leap forward anticipated, ROYAL ZABEEL gets the vote ahead of Bay Of Australia and Sweet Soul Music.

LTO Selection:

15:00 Brighton Handicap (Class 4) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

CROW'S NEST seemed to find the sixth furlong a step too far when third at Newmarket at the end of June. As he races off the same mark here over this shorter trip, George Boughey's gelding has every chance of getting back to winnings ways. Swift Asset looked as if he had something in hand when winning at Bath and he could go well, despite an added 4lb from the handicapper, leaving Song Of Success as best of the rest.

The two 3-y-os at the top of the weights may dominate this, with the lightly raced CROW'S NEST, who was unlucky not to finish closer on his Newmarket handicap debut, narrowly preferred to last month's Bath scorer Swift Asset. Song of Success has got a bit better with each start for new trainer James Fanshawe and may prove best of the remainder.

Dual novice winner CROW'S NEST ran well over 6f on his handicap debut in June and might be seen to even better effect over this trip.

15:10 Bath Maiden (Class 5) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

This ought to be a penalty kick for the Eve Johnson Houghton-trained BUSSENTO, who sets a clear standard on official ratings. He has been running extremely well in some warm handicaps of late, most recently in a 0-85 at Ascot, and it would be a little disappointing were he to not record a first career success now back in maiden company. Hoornblower is rated 12lb inferior but he is the most likely challenger, while Back Tomorrow heads the remainder.

This looks an excellent opportunity for BUSSENTO, who has shown more than enough in 3-y-o handicaps to think a race of this nature is within reach. Newcomer Back Tomorrow and Hoornblower can do battle for minor honours.

This looks a golden opportunity for BUSSENTO, who sets a useful standard back in a maiden and should be unfazed by this drop in trip.

15:20 Pontefract Maiden (Class 4) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

POINT GIVEN finished a pleasing fourth at Doncaster on his racecourse bow last month and Sir Michael Stoute's charge must hold every chance of building on that here. A half-brother to the Group 1-winning two-year-old Toormore, he has scope for plenty of improvement and can get the better of Classy Boy, who finished a fair third on his debut. The unraced Bust A Move also warrants a market check.

There was a lot to like about POINT GIVEN's debut effort at Doncaster and he should take a bit of stopping under Ryan Moore. Classy Boy also arrives on the back of a promising opening run at the same meeting at Doncaster and is second choice ahead of Ajwadi, who may benefit from the drop back to 6f.

Promising once-raced colts POINT GIVEN and Classy Boy shaped well at Doncaster and preference for the former is only narrow.

LTO Selection:

15:30 Brighton Handicap (Class 6) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Annie Law could prove popular after her Doncaster win was followed by a second at Leicester and she could go well on her return to this grade. However, IMPERIOUSITY was only beaten just over a length at Salisbury last time and that form gives him a big chance. Phoenix Glow is intriguing dropping back in trip and with Rose Dawes claiming 5lb she might also get involved.

MOULIN BOOJ confirmed the promise of his previous run and ultimately won with a good deal to spare at Wolverhampton 5 days ago. He's selected under a penalty if taking up this engagement (due to run at Ffos Las Tuesday). Annie Law and Imperiousity can give the selection most to think about.

There may still be more to come from ANNIE LAW, who pipped a next-time-out winner two starts ago and bumped into an improver last time.

LTO Selection:

15:40 Bath Handicap (Class 6) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Having been well held at big prices in her three qualifying runs, FLEMISH gets the nod as she's fitted with a first-time hood for this nursery debut. Tom Ward's Awtaad filly is related to a host of winners, perhaps most notably Group 1 scorer G Force, and this does not look an overly competitive race in which to open her account. Eased 2lb following a respectable C&D third last month, Manali is feared most, while Zaphea completes the shortlist.

Hard to make a compelling case for any of these but FLEMISH is out of a dam who has produced numerous winners, so she gets the tentative vote to step forward now handicapping. Manali and Equiart are a couple of potential threats.

This looks tricky but it might be worth siding with PINPOINT, who looks a possible improver dropped to 5f on his nursery debut.

LTO Selection:

15:50 Pontefract Handicap (Class 4) 17f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

EL BORRACHO would still appear to be feasibly treated judged on what he has achieved over jumps, and the gelded son of Society Rock shades preference in a fairly open contest. He was a well-beaten fifth at Chester last month, but that doesn't tell the whole story as he was denied a clear run for a prolonged period approaching the home bend. Yorkindness might be best placed to follow him home, while Champagne City rounds off the shortlist.

Several course winners in the field but none are more suited to it than CARRIGILLIHY, who has a big chance of adding a sixth win here if his stamina lasts out up in trip. Giovanni Change is a big danger if he gets a soft lead and El Borracho can't be ruled out.

Carrigillihy loves it here but the suggestion is YORKINDNESS who returns to the scene of her most impressive performance to date.

LTO Selection:

16:00 Brighton Stakes (Class 6) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Junoesque has won here eight times and, although yet to peak this season, she could go well at a track that she clearly loves. Naadyaa is another with place possibilities and she is more consistent than most of these, but a chance is taken on MAGICAL DRAGON. The return to this trip is interesting, as is the booking of Kevin Stott, and the six-year-old could make his mark at this level.

NO SUCH LUCK didn't enjoy the rub of the green when sixth at Lingfield last time out and is the pick at these weights so edges the vote in a trappy classified event. Course winner Temur Khan could emerge as the main danger, although both Magical Dragon and Daisy Roots command plenty of respect too.

Patrick Chamings' MAGICAL DRAGON was placed in a recent 1m handicap and today's longer trip may enable him to end a losing streak.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Galactic Glow was denied a hat-trick when returning to handicap company over 1m2f at this track last month but, given he is still rated 7lb above his last winning mark, NEVENDON can get the better of him today. Alexandra Dunn's six-year-old was a staying-on second over C&D last month and can progress further off the same mark. The consistent Lhebayeb is another to consider.

NEVENDON went down only to track specialist Blue Hero over C&D last time and might be able to go one better off the same mark. Galactic Glow knows where the winning post is here, which counts for plenty at this level, and he's second choice ahead of Lhebayeb, who has regularly been placed this season but remains winless.

Galactic Glow has three wins this season but, given today's trip, recent C&D runner-up NEVENDON gets the vote.

16:20 Pontefract Handicap (Class 4) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Although GLOBAL SPIRIT was in better form prior to landing the corresponding event 12 months ago, he is now 8lb lower and is handicapped to repeat the dose, provided a return to this venue can spark a revival. There has been no stopping Tele Red, who arrives having notched up a brace of successes at Haydock and York, and he merits the utmost respect today. As does Casilli, while it would be folly to rule out former C&D winner Hortzadar, who is now 13lb below his last winning mark.

Allowing for his rider's claim, TELE RED comes here operating just 4 lb above the mark he scored from in good style at York 12 days ago and Karl Burke's charge looks a big player in his hat-trick bid returned to a track he's gone well at previously. Perfect Swiss was better than he could show over C&D latest and is another to consider, with Casilli and last year's winner Global Spirit also worth a second look.

A chance is taken with PERFECT SWISS who went down narrowly over C&D in July and had no luck in running next time.

LTO Selection:

16:30 Brighton Handicap (Class 4) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

YOUARENOTFORGIVEN has taken a big step forward on his last couple of starts and arrives here in search of a hat-trick following victories at Leicester and Newbury. The five-year-old doesn't appear to have reached his ceiling yet and gets the vote at the main expense of stable companion Revision, who bounced back to form after wind surgery when runner-up at Leicester. Outrace and Harb are others likely to enter calculations.

YOUARENOTFORGIVEN had more in hand than the bare margin suggests when beating a subsequent winner at Newbury so is taken to complete the hat-trick. Intercessor is on a workable mark and has a good record on downhill tracks, so is next best ahead of 3-y-o Cobalt Blue, who took a step forward when third at Epsom.

The feature race might go to COBALT BLUE, who put in very good late work when third over 7f three weeks ago and is unexposed over 1m.

16:40 Bath Handicap (Class 6) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Runner-up over this distance at Windsor on his most recent outing, MY AMBITION looks the one to beat on his return to this track having recorded a C&D double before that narrow defeat. Although he is now rated 5lb above his last winning mark, George Bass knocks off a handy 3lb with his claim and the four-year-old could have more to offer with this in mind. Eye Of The Water was only narrowly denied when finishing third over C&D on his penultimate outing and is feared most off the same mark, while Jack Sparowe completes the shortlist.

MY AMBITION completed a double at this track in May/June and produced another big effort at Windsor last time, so this thriving 4yo is the obvious one to side with. Eye of The Water usually gives his running and has a solid record at the track, so he's likely to be on the premises and market support for the unexposed Jack Sparowe would look significant.

Barring soft ground, which isn't forecast, MY AMBITION should prove tough to beat after a career-best effort at Windsor.

16:50 Pontefract Handicap (Class 5) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

IMPRESSOR continued his fine run of form when making it three wins from his last four outings at Hamilton on Saturday and a 5lb penalty is unlikely to stop him from backing that performance up. The only recent defeat for the selection came when third at Beverley in a slowly-run contest when finishing one place behind runner-up King Of Tonga, who had seemingly benefited from wind surgery. Declan Carroll's gelding is likely to prove a solid threat, while The Dunkirk Lads, fourth in that aforementioned event in East Yorkshire, is another capable of being in the mix.

A few with chances but KING OF TONGA showed the benefit of breathing surgery when a recent second at Beverley and can go one better off the same mark with that form having been franked. Impressor is enjoying an excellent season and poses a big threat to Declan Carroll's former C&D scorer however. Newyorkstateofmind and So Grateful need factoring in too in a competitive sprint.

Impressor is thriving but KING OF TONGA (nap) emerged on top when the pair last met and can do so again on 5lb better terms.

17:00 Brighton Stakes (Class 6) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

VOODOO RAY's sole career victory came here on his penultimate outing in June before finishing third in handicap company. The slight doubt is whether the mile will stretch his stamina, based on his last attempt over this distance, but he brings the most consistent form to the table and may take advantage of running in a classified event. Endless Season's best efforts have come in similar contests at Lingfield and she commands respect, while Arlo's Sunshine appears best of the remainder.

VOODOO RAY scored at this track on his penultimate outing and shaped as if still in top form (went off hard) when third here since, so he's fancied to resume winning ways at the likely expense of Arlo's Sunshine, the only one of the others to arrive in form. Vitesse du Son is likely to benefit from the return to this trip, so he's also considered.

The most obvious answer is VOODOO RAY, who moves back up in trip after running well in two 7f handicaps here this summer.

LTO Selection:

17:05 Sligo Claimer 10f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Claimer king James McAuley has 'handicapped' his quartet of runners pretty much in accordance with how they are officially rated and all four have top jockeys aboard. TEXAS SUN is less exposed than the other trio sporting the orange silks and ran quite well against higher-rated rivals in a Ballinrobe maiden on stable debut. From trap one he should be able to get a good position under Gary Carroll and can go close. Bringsty ran no race in a claimer the same day at Ballinrobe but had been highly consistent prior to that, with two wins and four seconds in his previous eight starts. Assuming the last day was a blip, he's likely to contend. Darkened won over hurdles at last year's Galway Festival but was unplaced under both codes at Ballybrit last week. Third over 1m at Killarney before heading west, this will be his first time in claiming company and the five-time winner merits plenty of respect on overall form.

TEXAS SUN is less exposed than the bulk of his rivals and made a positive start for his new yard in a maiden at Ballinrobe last time, so he's worth a chance to open his account in a race where most have something to prove. Cafe Con Leche and Bringsty are both likely to feature if back on their game.

James McAuley runs four. BRINGSTY is probably the safest choice despite an uncharacteristic lapse at Ballinrobe

17:15 Bath Handicap (Class 6) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

This could go the way of the fairly progressive HAAF A DIAMOND. She lost little in defeat when filling the runner-up spot over this distance at Leicester last month and a reproduction of that effort can see her firmly in the picture, despite a 2lb raised mark. Perfect Gentleman has to shoulder top-weight following a decent third at Wolverhampton last Friday but is still feared most, ahead of Lunar Landscape.

HAAF A DIAMOND has improved since switched to handicaps and she can quickly resume winning ways given the manner she beat the rest when second at Leicester. Lunar Landscape is holding his form well and should be thereabouts again, while Moush and Perfect Gentleman were both not seen to best effect last time.

Top of the list is the progressive filly HAAF A DIAMOND (nap), who was a clear second in her bid for Leicester double last month.

LTO Selection:

17:20 Pontefract Handicap (Class 4) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Harry's Halo improved from his return at Kempton in June when filling the runner-up spot at both Chester and Doncaster. Kevin Frost's gelding commands plenty of respect, but INTERNATIONAL GIRL edges the vote. She has been running in more competitive races of late and could have finished closer last time at York when hampered at a crucial point. The form of that contest has worked out well, with the winner following up in the Stewards' Cup and the second also winning since, and a 2lb drop from the handicapper aids her cause. Any market support for Kit Gabriel on his first start for Mark Loughnane should be noted.

Pontefract regular CORINTHIA KNIGHT lurks on a very tempting mark and is worth chancing to repeat his win in this last year having not had much go his way here the last twice. A number of other C&D winners make plenty of appeal, International Girl and Ghathanfar the pick of the older brigade ahead of 3-y-o Harry's Halo.

International Girl makes appeal on good ground but course specialist CORINTHIA KNIGHT is too well handicapped to be passed over.

LTO Selection:

17:30 Brighton Handicap (Class 6) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Heer's Sadie bids for a C&D hat-trick having returned from a small break in fine fettle and Julia Feilden's mare warrants the utmost respect. However, a chance is taken with OPTIVA STAR, who has improved since being stepped up to 7f and went very close to shedding the maiden tag when beaten a head at Epsom on Thursday. Local Bay and Brilliant Blue can fight it out for the minor honours.

LOCAL BAY produced his best effort on grass for a while when third at Chepstow last month, finishing with running left, and looks capable of cashing in on his much-reduced turf mark. Optiva Star was runner-up in a slightly deeper 3-y-o handicap than this at Epsom last week so rates the main threat ahead of Heer's Sadie.

Richard Hannon's 3yo OPTIVA STAR (nap) has been shaping very much as though his turn is near and gets the nod.

17:40 Sligo Handicap 10f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Pat Martin was one of the first trainers to latch onto Dylan Browne McMonagle when the young Donegal rider was making his way up the apprentice ranks and the pair have a good record when joining forces. SO MESSI was placed in his first two handicaps and just failed to get up over 1m at Killarney last time. He handled that left-handed track better than right-handed Ballinrobe the time before and hopefully the return to a clockwise circuit won't be an issue. Believe Me Now got no run on handicap debut at Roscommon before finishing a creditable fourth to a subsequent Galway festival winner on a return visit. She's had a break and coming back in trip may well suit. Katonah was a fair fifth in her first handicap at Leopardstown. Denied racing room on her next start, she may have been unsuited to making the running at Cork last time and is capable of better.

SO MESSI is given a chance to build on last month's Killarney near miss. Spinning Web has yet to offer much encouragement on the Flat but a recent hurdle debut success suggests he ought to be up making his presence felt in this sphere from a mark in the low-40s. Water Mint, who wasn't too far behind the selection at Killarney, is also on the shortlist.

If maintaining the improvement shown when switched to hurdling at Tipperary, SPINNING WEB is potentially very well handicapped

LTO Selection:

17:50 Yarmouth Handicap (Class 6) 14f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Archie Watson and Brodie Hampson teamed up to win this last year and will look to follow up with Sir Joseph Swan, but a place may be the best he can hope for in this field. Dereham is a C&D winner who stays even further and he can go close after winning a better race at Newmarket in June, but DAARIS is the pick. Kevin Frost's gelding won easily over this trip at Nottingham in July and may do the same, despite an additional 6lb from the handicapper.

DAARIS reacted positively to blinkers at Nottingham last time and might be up to defying a rise in the weights if the headgear works as well a second time. It's probably only a matter of time before Sir Joseph Swan clicks for the Archie Watson yard and he's second choice ahead of last-time-out Newmarket scorer Dereham.

Daaris is respected after an easy win last month but DEREHAM (nap), an in-form C&D winner, looks a better option.

LTO Selection:

18:00 Kempton Stakes (Class 4) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

MEASURED TIME accounted for a useful rival when making a winning debut over C&D in February and the son of Frankel merits plenty of respect on his return to action, despite carrying a 6lb penalty. Godwinson and Botanical have also shown a high level of ability already and they are likely to be the main threats to the selection. That said, Lahab should not be underestimated and Marching Band is a noteworthy newcomer.

MEASURED TIME looked a smart prospect when making a winning debut at this C&D in February, putting the race to bed in good style, and he can score again with plenty more to come. The son of Frankel is taken to see off the challenge of Botanical and Godwinson, who are both open to further improvement having also won on their latest outings.

The vote goes to BOTANICAL who went close on his debut here before winning at Hamilton. The stable won a division of this last year.

LTO Selection:

18:10 Sligo Handicap 10f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Joseph O'Brien won this valuable handicap last year and can strike again with PERFECT PORTRAIT. Only beaten three lengths in a Group 3 at the Curragh in October, the daughter of Zoffany got off the mark on her second start of the season at Gowran before finishing sixth in a Listed race at Naas. The latter contest didn't look the deepest for the grade at the time but the winner went on to be placed in the Irish Oaks and this represents a fair drop in class for the selection. Siobhan Rutledge picks up a notable ride for Jessica Harrington on Starry Heavens who was an impressive Curragh maiden winner in the autumn but has been lacklustre in three starts this term. Only two lengths off Perfect Portrait in the aforementioned Curragh Group 3, she gets a handy 13lb from that rival now. Signora Bellissima often makes the running and has finished first and second when ridden that way in Leopardstown handicaps this season. Not at her best the last twice, she may be able to bounce back at a venue that suits prominent racers.

PERFECT PORTRAIT probably needs to improve to make a winning handicap debut bur she represents an excellent yard and her effort in listed company last time was a personal best. Lizzy's Filly should also have more to offer and she's a threat, along with the thriving-fully Golden Spangle.

A chance is taken on NO NIKI NO, who has been running well over shorter lately but had form over 1m4f in France.

18:20 Yarmouth Maiden (Class 5) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

With very little form to go on, DUBAI TREASURE stands out after the daughter of Exceed And Excel was a promising second at Newmarket on her debut. The winner had an experience edge that day and has won again since to frank the form, and any improvement may see her get off the mark. Queen's Guard was sent off favourite on her Doncaster debut before weakening into fourth and she may do better now, while Urban Love looks an interesting newcomer.

DUBAI TREASURE's debut second is working out extremely well and she's likely to improve from it, so she's an obvious choice to open her account at the second attempt. Fariha makes plenty of appeal on paper and Run For The Sun is another notable newcomer considering how much her price rose from foal to 2yo.

Queen's Guard can step up on her debut form but DUBAI TREASURE ran well in a hot Newmarket maiden on debut and can go one better.

18:30 Kempton Stakes (Class 4) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Quatre Bras was out of his depth in Group 2 company last time but the son of Sea The Stars was not beaten far on debut and clearly sets the standard at this level. However, a chance can be taken with CLASSIC ENCOUNTER, who lacks race experience but his dam won a Grade 1 in the US and he is a half-brother to the Listed-placed First Ruler. Miletus is another well-related newcomer who merits consideration.

CLASSIC ENCOUNTER, a Shamardal colt out of a Grade 1-winning half-sister to Ghaiyyath, possesses an outstanding pedigree and despite being drawn widest on debut, is taken to make a successful debut. Fellow newcomer Miletus also warrants plenty of respect, whilst Quatre Bras can build on his encouraging debut effort back in more realistic company.

Preference is for MILETUS, who is attractively bred and whose Champagne Stakes entry suggests he is held in some regard.

18:40 Sligo Maiden 6f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

CARDINAL ZIN was an eye-catcher in Leopardstown, after being backed at fancy prices, and appeals on his second start. The penny really dropped in the final furlong as he ran on well for seventh, and there should be considerable improvement to come. The runner-up in that race came out and landed a Galway maiden in decisive fashion. Kiki Roberts didn't have a clear run inside the final furlong of a Bellewstown maiden before finishing third, so has to rate a danger. King Of Gosford showed improvement to finish fourth in Down Royal and avails of the best draw in stall one. Si Senior isn't out of it while the three newcomers - Mctenett, Spanish Battleship and Seskin Road - are well worth checking for market strength.

CARDINAL ZIN offered something to work on when better than mid-field in a 18-runner maiden at Leopardstown 3 weeks ago so could be the answer. Mctenett is a newcomer to note, while Kiki Roberts has the best form, though the drop in trip may not be ideal.

This looks open. KING OF GOSFORD has obtained useful experience in two runs over further and may prove equal to the task.

18:50 Yarmouth Maiden (Class 5) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Emperor's Clothes is hard to ignore after placing on both of his starts to date but he has to give 5lb to SINDRI, which may make the difference. Fourth at Kempton on her debut, she set the pace that day before weakening late on and Michael Bell's filly should be suited by this drop in trip. Between The Covers is another to consider after her Lingfield third and she could also mount a challenge.

SINDRI made a promising start when fourth at Kempton and Michael Bell's New Approach filly is fancied to build on it and go in at the chief expense of Owners Dream, who is taken to bounce back from a below-par Doncaster handicap run now returned to maiden company. Emperor's Clothes can't be discounted either on the back of his good Wolverhampton second.

Unexposed fillies Between The Covers and SINDRI may fight this out and the selection is open to plenty of improvement.

Connections had to part with 625,000gns to purchase IMPORTANT ROLE as a yearling and it would be no surprise to see the son of Dubawi make a winning debut for his in-form yard. Crimson Road was not disgraced on his racecourse bow at Salisbury in June and he is entitled to improve significantly for that experience. Savvy Kingdom is a player based on his first outing but his most recent effort was very disappointing, while any market support for Royal Tapestry would have to be noted.

Charlie Appleby's Dubawi colt IMPORTANT ROLE fetched 625,000gns as a yearling and is bred to be useful so is taken to make a winning start at the chief expense of fellow debutant Royal Tapestry who also catches the eye on paper. Crimson Road appeals as much the pick of those with experience and can claim minor honours.

As with the first leg this may go to a newcomer. IMPORTANT ROLE makes plenty of appeal on breeding and can make a successful debut.

19:10 Sligo Handicap 6f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

UNCLE ALBERT showed plenty of speed in his two maiden runs over 6f before weakening late on. Although he failed to improve when dropped to the minimum trip last time, perhaps the Kieran Cotter-trained gelding will find his level now entering handicap company for the first time. Lia Fail makes a quick reappearance having run with credit when third in a far stronger race at Galway on Saturday. If this doesn't come too soon then the Michael Mulvany-trained filly has to be involved. Veracidad was not disgraced at Cork last time and also warrants a second look.

LIA FAIL performed with credit in a much better race than this at Galway on Saturday and she holds obvious claims. Uncle Albert and Veracidad can give the selection most to think about.

As the only winner in the field, LIA FAIL(nap) looks the most reliable proposition and can score again.

19:20 Yarmouth Stakes (Class 6) 12f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

In a moderate contest, it might pay to focus on the pair of unexposed three-year-olds Hourless and FLAMMABLE, of whom the latter is preferred. She kept on well to finish within five lengths of the principals over 1m2f at Bath a fortnight ago, suggesting a further step up in trip could suit, and the addition of first-time cheekpieces can eke out more progression. Lailah appeals most of the remainder.

HOURLESS is a very interesting runner at this level based on his winning juvenile form over hurdles, and in receipt of weight from most, he has a lot going for him. Fellow 3-y-o Flammable has headgear on for the first time and is a threat, along with Lailah.

The 3yos Flammable and HOURLESS look capable of better and the selection looks the safer option.

Love Yours ran her best race yet when a four-length fifth here in a novice stakes lsat month and she could go well on her handicap debut for a stable in great form. However, MARIAMNE looks the more sensible suggestion as this looks an easier race than her Windsor fourth latest and, with a 5f Wolverhampton success in May on her CV, she could shoulder top-weight to victory. Fengari is another to consider, although she needs to get home over a sixth furlong on her second attempt at the trip after her midfield finish in a far better race over shorter at Newbury.

In a tight-looking affair the suggestion is SAYIDH KINGMAN with William Buick booked. Mr Baloo has reached the frame in a couple of turf nurseries and should play a part if a wide stall isn't too big of an inconvenience. Ralph Beckett's Love Yours is a potential improver in handicaps and also makes the shortlist.

Another chance is given to MARIAMNE who won at Wolverhampton in May and may benefit from the application of a tongue-tie.

19:40 Sligo Handicap 6f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

JACKIE BROWN can follow up her Fairyhouse win for Tony Martin and Ben Coen. The daughter of Smooth Daddy was always prominent at the County Meath track, so Coen is likely to make plenty of use of his favourable low draw on this occasion. The form of that aforementioned race has worked out well in the interim with the runner-up winning on her next start. Sneddy Eddie finished in front of Jackie Brown when they met over course and distance in May but will find it more difficult to confirm that form from his outside draw. Nonetheless, the locally-trained son of Churchill is sure to be a leading contender. American In Paris was well behind the Tony Martin-trained selection at Fairyhouse but has since gone on to win at Cork so could be an improving type.

JACKIE BROWN confirmed the promise of her previous run when off the mark at Fairyhouse in June. She beat a subsequent winner that day so looks capable of defying a 3 lb rise. Last-time-out winners Spirit of Eagles and American In Paris are feared most.

SPIRIT OF EAGLES overcame a wide draw to score at Down Royal last time and can do so again.

LTO Selection:

19:50 Yarmouth Handicap (Class 5) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Mick Appleby often does well with his new recruits and that trend could continue with RAZZAM. The gelded son of Showcasing hit the frame on his final start for Roger Varian, where he was too keen over 6f. If the drop in trip sees him in a better light, the unexposed three-year-old could get back on track. Amor De Mi Vida and Harry With Style must enter calculations, while market support for the Chelsea Banham-trained Munificent would bring him into the reckoning.

CABEZA DE LLAVE left his reappearance run well behind when second at Sandown a fortnight ago and from the same mark a bold bid to go one place better looks assured. Mick's Spirit and Razzam (starting out for a new yard) head the opposition.

Cabeza De Llave ran well last time but HARRY WITH STYLE is on the up and he may be able to register his third win of the campaign.

LTO Selection:

20:00 Kempton Stakes (Class 3) 12f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

In an interesting renewal, Marmara Sea seems to have chances on her return to the all-weather after a nine-length third at Newmarket on turf and that followed a one-length second over this trip at Lingfield. Let Life Happen is another for the shortlist after coming home second on both of her starts to date and she can also go well, but COCO ROYALE could be the one beat. Fifth and only beaten three lengths on her debut here, she was weak in the market that day and looked the sort to improve considerably for the experience.

LET LIFE HAPPEN was turned over by Fifth Harmonic at Carlisle last time but she's weighted to reverse the form and she shaped well behind a subsequent winner at this track on debut, so she's taken to open her account at the third time of asking. Mistressofillusion is going the right way, so she could pose the biggest threat for all that Coco Royale is likely to step up on her encouraging debut.

A length separated Fifth Harmonic and LET LIFE HAPPEN at Carlisle last month. The latter can reverse the form on 7lb better terms.

20:10 Sligo Handicap 13f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Although it took FOLLY BEACH 18 attempts to shed her maiden tag, the Mark Molloy-trained five-year-old has every chance of following up her recent win at Leopardstown. The Golden Horn mare made all the running on that occasion and similar tactics could prove just as effective around this tighter track. Beer With The Boys ran well at this meeting last year but had appeared to lose his way somewhat of late. However, there was sufficient promise on his recent third at Ballinrobe to suggest the eight-year-old may be returning to form. Notturno has been running consistently all season but has often found himself on the wrong side of the draw. From a more favourable berth here, Colin Keane should be able to race more prominently on the Noel Meade-trained gelding.

Plenty are in with a shout so at the likely odds it is worth siding with PINK FIRE LILLY to take a step forward and open her account now starting out with the excellent Emmet Mullins team. Contrapposto figures on a handy-looking mark so is next on the list ahead of in-form pair Virtual Hug and Folly Beach.

Having gone close at Down Royal last time over this trip, NOTTURNO should be able to get the job done today.

20:20 Yarmouth Handicap (Class 6) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

TAMMANY HALL made a promising start for the Phil McEntee team when narrowly denied at Lingfield four days ago. He has become extremely well treated judged on past exploits and this looks a good opportunity to go one better. Bomb Squad ought to appreciate the drop back from seven furlongs and he ranks highly in this field, while Enchanted Night should also be thereabouts.

TAMMANY HALL made a promising start for this yard when just denied at Lingfield on Saturday and has obvious claims off the same mark. Fantasy Navigator and Bomb Squad are feared most.

Bomb Squad should be in the thick of it but GATWICK KITTEN gets the nod back down in grade.

20:30 Kempton Handicap (Class 5) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

OKAMI ran on well over a furlong shorter to win by a head at Chelmsford last month and an added 2lb from the handicapper may not stop him following up now upped in trip for the stable who won this in 2019. Supaspecialawesome drops in class after running acceptably without success in better races and he could be a danger to all, while Musical Tribute was only beaten a neck when third over shorter at Leicester and is well worth another try at 7f here.

OKAMI came with a late surge to make a winning handicap debut at Chelmsford 15 days ago and he can follow up with this extra furlong to suit. The main danger could be Musical Tribute, who wasn't beaten far on her latest outing despite racing away from the front pair, while Supaspecialawesome also enters calculations back on all-weather.

Leading in the final strides over 6f last time showed that OKAMI (nap) was improving and likely to be well suited by 7f.

LTO Selection:

21:00 Kempton Handicap (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Having been narrowly denied at Chester in May, PONS AELIUS made no mistake when winning at Goodwood the following month. Charlie Johnston's colt was a winner over course and distance from a 2lb lower mark in December and the son of Galileo could continue to progress over marathon trips. Arcadian Friend (also engaged to run at Chelmsford on Tuesday evening) hit the woodwork at Lingfield last month and he's likely to be in the thick of things once again. A step up in trip could suit the lightly-raced Fox Vision and he heads the remainder.

ARCADIAN FRIEND was only beaten by a comparatively pacy rival when narrowly denied in a slowly-run event at Lingfield last time and Sir Mark Prescott's four-year-old looks a stayer to stay on the right side of, so would make plenty of appeal if coming here rather than his engagement at Chelmsford on Tuesday. The consistent Pons Aelius perhaps looks best placed to take advantage in the selection's absence, whilst Andrew Balding's handicap newcomer Berkshire Sundance also makes appeal.

Pons Aelius looks easily the most solid candidate but DIVYA has shaped as if going beyond 1m4f could be the making of her.
